Has any body here ever went to log into facebook.com and you get a message saying " Account Disable Your account has been disabled. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here."

I got this message when I went to try and log in, in the afternoon on 5-17-12. I tired to email facebook after searching for a way to contact them but have yet to get a respond.
Any ideas on what I can do to get back into my facebook account ?
Update:
Come to find out after I found a number to contact Facebook about my account they told me my account was hacked and in order for them let me use my email address that was used they would have to charge me $100 bucks and they would also clean my computer of what they claim was a virus that was used to heck my facebook account.
I told them I had a free 30 day version of Norton 360 and this guy told me it didn't matter, I should have a paid antivirus.
I would think Norton 360 would have gotten the virus if there was one.
But my computer has been working fine, so I don't know.
