Reading them if they look like Spam ?

I know this may seem a bit odd but I just run into this issue a few seconds ago & that's why I am asking this question.

Reading them shouldn't cause you a problem, just avoid clicking on the links. But yes, you can delete PMs without reading them; there should be a tick box on the right hand side of the message, tick it and select the delete option from the drop-down box.
